Technique Tuesday - pull-ups. A tough exercise to master but a fantastic one. A few pointers for pull-ups: 1) remember to retract the shoulder blades to start the engagement of the lats (picture 2 and see video). 2) squeeze the lats all the way through the rep. 3) keep the control all the way through each rep, don’t let yourself drop once you’ve got to the top.
